Fresh off the heels of the Covid-19 dry spell Knoxville's own PJ Turner, anxious to get butts back on the dance floor, created "Knoxville Westies." 

PJ began hosting weekly classes at "The Dance-N-Space" in 2021. Also hosting and stewarding monthly West Coast Swing Socials at The Cotton Eyed Joe.

PJ continued to tour the globe, competing, teaching, and co-hosting WCS events. But he always has a soft spot for his hometown dance community.

After years of growth and scaling, Knoxville Westies outgrew our previous dance spaces and now take up residence at the Timeless Ballroom in Knoxville.

Our club still meet Wednesdays from 6pm - 9pm and offer multiple dance socials, events, and group class options.
